Kris applies her ten plus years of experience of counseling children, adolescents, and adults to create a therapeutic environment for her clients. Mrs. Carchedi focuses on building life skills with developmentally disabled as well as treating illnesses associated with anxiety, depression, and ADHD among others. In addition, she contributes to group activities and counseling support in many local schools. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Supervisor designation and a graduate with both her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Master of Science Degree in Education from Youngstown State University.
Su-Qin Olmstead was born and raised in Taiwan and came to America in 1988 to further her education. She became an American citizen in 2003. She earned her BA in Psychology and her MA in Liberal Studies with a core focus on conflict management at Kent State University. Currently, Su-Qin is a certified Anger Management Specialist working at Greentree Counseling Center as the Violence Intervention Program director.
Jessica Ross, M.S., Ed., LPC is a Licensed Professional Counselor licensed by the State of Ohio. She is an EMDRIA trained EMDR therapist and has experience working with adolescents and adults who experience anxiety, depression, self esteem issues, grief and loss as well as trauma related issues. (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a form of psychotherapy that has been proven to be effective in the treatment of many disorders including panic attacks, pain disorders, sexual and physical abuse, stress reduction, addictions, and disturbing memories.
James has been a fully licensed clinical counselor for over thirty years. He counsels both children and adults. His focus is on working together towards making the changes necessary to make lives more successful and meaningful. His personal philosophy is that everyone deserves and has the capability to meet their personal goals by working through the obstacles that inhibit their life.
Melissa Montgomery earned a M.A.Ed in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Akron in 1992. She is independently licensed to practice in the State of Ohio. She enjoys working with families on creating rules and structure while bringing back joy into parenting. Special interests include empowering parents and giving children pride in their accomplishments.
Elizabeth Sager, LPCC-S is a fully licensed counselor with forty years of clinical experience. She enjoys helping people move through the difficult transitions in their lives
so they can reach their full potential.
Ms. Cortney Hobbs, B.A., CT is a graduate of the University of Akron in 2010 with her BA
in Psychology. She has also earned two Minors in Family Development and Child Development. She is a Certified Parent Educator. Currently she holds a CT designation as she completes her Master’s Program in Mental Health Counseling. Her passion is to provide holistic therapy for couples and families. Her specialty is working with couples to create better communication, learn conflict resolution skills, and build healthy relationships. She is trained to provide services for adults who experience anxiety, trauma, grief and adjustment disorders related to changes in life circumstances. She provides individual and group counseling to those who strive for holistic health.

Rhonda graduated in 2014 from Kent State University with a B.A in Psychology. She currently holds a SWT designation while she completes her Masters of Science in Social Administration (M.S.S.A.) from Case Western Reserve University. She provides counseling for adults, children and couples. Her passion is helping clients overcome their stress, whether it is symptoms of depression, anxiety, low self esteem, grief, or assisting clients during their path to sobriety. She focuses on a collaborative approach with clients while using a variety of evidenced based practices which is tailored to each unique individual and situation.

Chelsea earned her B.A. in Psychology from Kent State University. She has over six years experience as a CPST Worker at Greentree Counseling Center, Inc. She has a special interest in working with children; teaching theskills to improve their future.
Victoria Bien, BS
Victoria specializes in behavioral changes in both kids and adults. Focusing on what her clients need and want to improve their lives is her priority. She can help recognize
destructive patterns and teach ways to create change that lasts. Her extensive experience in improving boundaries and helping parents develop their rules and expectations helps families function with peace and feeling accomplished.
Ciera is a graduate of the Youngstown State University in 2016 with her Bachelors of Social Work. Ciera offers outpatient and in-home services to help clients increase daily living and coping skills to stress and behavioral issues. Ciera is a Licensed CDCA and works with chemical dependency and recovery. She provides parenting classes and court ordered services. Ciera has a deep passion for children and adults struggling with low income and daily living skills. Her professional goals include working with children and adults in the community on increasing positive life changes.
Lori Reynolds, BA, CDCA
Certified CDCA . She works with chemical dependency, anger management, court ordered domestic violence and with adults in the community restoring functioning. She has special interest and knowledge of wellness, nutrition and mindfulness. She enjoys teaching clients how to tap into their positive voice.
Leanna Diaz, MS
Leanna has training in behavioral management and enjoys working with children and their parents on changing behaviors to increase school and home success. She encourages independence and achievement. Leanna is the co-creator of the RISE Group for Teen Girls focusing on improving self esteem and learning ways to successfully move into adulthood.

Wanda is a Victims Advocate and works well with clients seeking to improve life circumstances. She works with both children and adults finding solutions for relationship communication problems.

Brenda works with families on improved communication and finding happiness and joy with their relationships. She focuses on improvement and achievement for all those who work with her.
Melissa Stanford, BS
Melissa Stanford has been an educator for twenty years and currently provides CPST and Therapeutic Behavioral Support to our clients. She has worked extensively with children from diverse backgrounds and specializes in social and emotional learning. Melissa is currently studying Marriage and Family Therapy at Capella University with a specific interest in restoration of marriages and a healthy family structure. Her interests include breaking generational patterns, relationship studies and classroom success and management.
