Why should I or a loved one seek therapy?

Having the following symptoms for more than two weeks at a time may indicate a need for treatment:

  • Hopelessness, Helplessness
  • Insomnia, Fatigue
  • Appetite Disturbance
  • On Edge, Unable to Relax
  • Poor Concentration
  • Apathy, Social Withdrawal
  • Thoughts of Suicide
  • Overly Critical or Irritable
  • Worthlessness, Guilt
  • Interpersonal Conflicts at Home or Work
  • Grief
  • Use of Substances interfering with your life and relationships
